Great abs will make you look sexy and also make you feel sexy.
Getting a nice six pack is not a very hard goal to accomplish.
There are a few things you need to work on to get six pack abs
but, once you have them, you will not regret all the hard work.
Diet
The foods you eat can definitely affect your abs. Abs will not
show if you have a layer of fat on the top of your stomach. Stay
away from eating out or in restaurants as those foods mostly
contain a lot of fat from oils and deep frying. Once in a while
is okay but have the salad instead of fries and drink water
instead of soda. Fruits and vegetables are best because they not
only provide your body with the necessary nutrients, but also
give you the energy to workout and exercise. The amount of food
you take in should be based on how much you exercise. More
intense workouts require more food.
Exercise
There is no way you can get a six pack if you don't exercise.
The problem most people face is that they don't stick with a
plan. To prevent yourself from quitting, manually write up a
schedule and stick it somewhere you will be able to see all the
time. That way you won't procrastinate. There are three parts to
working out when looking to get six pack abs. You need to do
cardiovascular exercise, weight training, and core exercises.
You don't have to workout for hours a day. A couple of minutes
doing those three things will ensure you get those toned abs.
Cardiovascular Exercise
Cardio can be anything from running, biking, swimming, or
soccer. Pretty much anything that keeps your heart pumping for
longer periods of time. This workout is important because it is
what keeps the fat off your stomach which is essential in
getting a six pack. It will also keep the rest of your body fit
for a healthier life. Increase this workout if you eat more.
This is the longest exercise out of the three and you should be
working out for at least 20 minutes a day.
Weight Training
Lifting weights builds muscle and loses fat fast. This is least
important in getting great abs but definitely helps. It builds
your upper body and helps to get rid of stomach fat. When
starting out, start with smaller weights and increase as you
feel more comfortable. If you've never lifted weights, you will
feel and see your arms getting bigger quickly. You should lift
your weights twice a day for about 5-10 minutes each time.
Core Exercises
This is where you will be working your abs. Sit ups, crunches,
push ups, and planks are some of the best exercises to getting
six pack abs. There are hundreds of exercises that you can
choose from so you can be sure to find some you like. 10-20
minutes a day doing them will be sufficient. However, don't
expect to see your abs right away. It will usually take
overnight until you start seeing your abs.
Getting sexy six pack abs will take some work, but in no time
you will be going topless. Just be sure to stick with your
schedule and to eat healthy. You definitely can get a six pack
without sacrificing too much time if you work hard!
