One might find that a more expensive brand has more intense concentrations and provides for faster effects, but as long as there is creatine monohydrate on the label, the effects of any two brands will be quite similar.

It is much more healthful than resorting to steroids, as some bodybuilders tend to do. The side effects are exponentially safer as well. It has often been compared to citrulline malate, but scientifically, the two are quite different – however, some bodybuilders choose to pair the two.
